Most small firms breaking the law
Most small firms are breaking the law on safety according to new research. A survey of over 4,500 companies by law firm Peninsula found that 89% admitted their health and safety procedures were not up to scratch and needed to be reviewed. It also discovered that 74% of UK companies have had to deal with a substantial workplace accident during the past year.
