Representation where there is no recognised union

Where there is no recognised union, representatives can be either:

• representatives of affected employees who have been appointed or elected generally for information and consultation purposes (i.e. a standing non-union consultation body where one exists); or

• employee reps elected by the affected employees to carry out TUPE consultation regarding this particular transfer.
