Finnish negotiations deadlocked
Pay negotiations across a range of sectors in Finland are deadlocked as both sides await the outcome of negotiations in the technology industry. This is the largest export industry and is seen as setting pay trends across the economy. The previous technology agreement expired at the end of November 2022 and the TES union and the employers have still not reached an agreement.
