Women's health and safety - a trade unionist's guide

Women face different hazards at work from men - partly because of their concentration in different jobs. They also have different needs for safety equipment, clothing and facilities. This booklet aims to address the lack of attention paid to women's health and safety, and instead promote a "gender-sensitive" approach.
